Quality Assurance
Our kitchen is constantly monitored to meet the highest standard of hygiene and food safety. A dedicated team is formed to assure our production quality is in compliance with the HACCP and local authority regulations. There are six Critical Control Point (CCP) within our production line that is closely monitored by our quality assurance team. The CCPs of food production ensure the production of food is hygienic and safe for consumption.
